The Asphalt Sealer "Using high quality Liquid Asphalt"
"The Asphalt Sealer" originated in NEPA back in the mid 70es and relocated to Virginia in the mid 80es where we operated until 2005. Now back in NEPA we are serving building owners throughout Eastern PA, New York, New Jersey, Maryland & Delaware as well as private runway owners throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
Here at "The Asphalt Sealer" we apply our liquid asphalt hot, not diluted. What difference does that make you might ask? Liquid asphalt by nature becomes thicker when the ambient temperature is low, being thicker it becomes more difficult to apply. That’s why so many others will dilute their liquid asphalt with kerosene or diesel fuel. Something we have never done and never will! (please see our FAQ's)
As exclusive testing agents for Falls Metal Works, TheVR we are able to apply our liquid asphalt at the highest temperature allowed by the manufacturer. At this temperature the liquid asphalt is able to be sprayed applied thus giving the asphalt a nice even coverage while at the same time still applying 100% product. Being applied hot allows for better penetration into the asphalt due to the softening affect that the temperature has on the asphalt that is being rejuvenated.
While any quality product is more expensive than its cheaper counterparts; our high quality liquid asphalt combined with our method of application makes the long term cost actually less expensive than those cheep sealers and you'll never have to deal with the buildup and eventual flaking you get with the water based seal coatings.
